Ashly Lupinacci, Intake Coordinator

Hey there and welcome to My Therapy Connection™! My name is Ashly and I am the first person you will talk to when you contact our practice. I respond to all of the incoming calls and emails when you  reach out for counseling. My job is to help you feel safe, comfortable, and supported as you take the first step in connecting with one of our amazing therapists. 

My goal is to match you with a therapist who is the best fit for you. I do this by matching the therapist’s personality and area of expertise with your needs. When you contact our office, please don’t be shy about asking any question you might have. I am more than happy to take the time and care to support you. 

As an Intake Coordinator, I work directly with clients as well as parents to provide information about the intake process, the clinicians and their specializations.  I handle all client requests and emails; and assist with scheduling appointments. 

Prior to joining MTC, I spent five years working with highly confidential information in a multi-specialty medical setting.  There, I handled scheduling, billing and many other tasks assigned to me. I am well versed in HIPAA and hold your private information in the highest regard.

I, too, have a personal connection to seeking therapy, and that is why I speak to everyone who reaches out with compassion and understanding. This may be a scary process but you are on the right path and I am here to guide you through the first step.

When I am not working, you will find me spending time with my family (including three kids) and my animals (dogs, cats, and chickens); or on our boat fishing.
