Kim Kipers, Office Assistant

Hello and welcome to My Therapy Connection™! My name is Kim and I am the Office Assistant at MTC. My goal is to ensure you feel comfortable and cared for during your time with your therapist; and that the daily operations within the office run smoothly. 

I received my undergraduate degree in Biology from Rowan University.  Earlier in my career, I spent many years working in multiple capacities in the healthcare and insurance industries gaining knowledge in management, quality assurance & improvements, accounts receivable, special pricing, & contracting until I decided to stay home and raise my two daughters. I returned to work in 2023 as the Office Assistant and found taking care of the staff and clients to be a highly rewarding experience.

 As the Office Assistant, I work directly with the therapists to ensure the office runs smoothly, has a comfortable atmosphere, and I handle any needs of our multiple offices. You may see me in any one of our locations, and I welcome you to say hello if you choose. 

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my daughters, friends and family, being down the shore, cooking, walking & yoga.
