Hi there! Welcome to My Therapy Connection™. My name is Jillian. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Nationally Approved Clinical Supervisor. I love the work that I do and have a true passion for helping others. It has always been my belief that when working with an individual, it is a partnership.

You steer the car and I hold the map, to help guide you to your ultimate end goal while feeling fully supported. We know life can get challenging and overwhelming at times, making the choice to ask for help is a powerful choice. I believe and practice in my relationships that it is a privilege and honor to be part of someone’s journey.

If working through trauma, depression, anger, anxiety, or improving the relationships in your life are areas that you may want help with, we would be a great fit! In my practice, I truly believe that everyone is unique and in working with you, we will tailor treatment to fit your individual needs in order to ensure long lasting success and growth. I also belief that every individual deserves to be respected, no matter your beliefs, orientation, culture, or what you may be struggling with.

As an individual, I am very family oriented and an animal lover. In my free time I love to travel, spend time with my family, read a good book, and spend time outdoors. Summer is my favorite because I love the beach and find water to be wonderfully soothing. Self-care is so important, and I make sure to practice it for myself as much as I recommend it for others.

If you are interested in speaking further or have any questions you would like answered about working together, please call and I will be happy to provide you with a ten-minute consultation at no charge to you.

I look forward to speaking with you soon!
