We offer weekly or biweekly sessions that are 45 minutes in length. Each session varies in price depending on your therapist’s level of training and expertise. If you would like a double session, please speak with your clinician and, if the schedule allows, we can provide that to you. Payment is due at the time of service. If you have missed two sessions, we will ask that you pre-pay to book further appointments. The Fee schedule is as follows:
Clinicians have limited availability and we often have a waiting list. Therefore, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. We will ask that you place a credit card on file. In the event that you need to cancel at the last minute, you will be charged for your scheduled time.
We offer appointments during the day, evening and some Saturdays. We schedule appointments on a first-come, first-serve basis.
To become fully licensed is sometimes a decade long process. Upon graduating with a Master’s Degree, your therapist must complete 4,500 hours under an approved licensed supervisor. This means that they conference cases confidentially with a therapist deemed qualified to offer guidance and direction. Once your therapist has completed their supervision hours and passed their National Licensing Exam, they can apply to become independently licensed.
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. We also accept payment directly on the website via this page. Health Savings Accounts are accepted and often a good alternative.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
Please contact us for any additional questions you may have. We look forward to hearing from you!
